How to request deletion

To delete your account, send us a request through Support (the support form in the app, or the contact form on our site). We handle deletions by request so that a single tap can never wipe your finances by accident.

What happens first: a 30-day window

Once deletion starts, your account is closed straight away — you're signed out and can no longer get in. But nothing is erased yet: for 30 days the account can still be restored if you change your mind. Just contact support within that window.

After 30 days: permanent

When the 30 days pass, the account is deleted for good. Your personal details and the contents of your finances become unrecoverable — this step cannot be undone, by you or by us.

Shared spaces

If you share a space with other people, that space and its history are not destroyed when you leave — the other members keep it. A space that was only yours is removed with the account. For more on who sees what, see shared spaces.

Before you delete

If you want to keep a copy of your records, export your data first — after deletion it can't be retrieved.
