How syncing normally works
After you connect a bank, new operations import on their own — partly the moment they happen, partly through a regular background sync. So a fresh purchase may take a little while to appear. If it doesn't turn up, run through the checks below.
1. Sync it by hand
Open Settings → Banks and press Sync on the connection. This pulls recent operations right away. (The button rests for about a minute between syncs.) Check the last sync time shown next to the connection.
2. Check the connection status
On the same screen, look at the connection. If it shows an error, the bank is no longer accepting it — most often the access token was revoked or expired. Reconnect the bank with a fresh token to fix it.
3. Make sure the card is linked
Only cards and jars that are linked to an account in Purple Wallet sync their operations. If a particular card never shows anything, open the connection and make sure that card is mapped to an account.
4. Reconnect if the token changed
The connection uses a personal token from your bank. If you regenerated or revoked it in the bank's app, syncing stops until you connect again with the new token. See how to connect Monobank.
Still nothing?
If operations still don't appear after a manual sync and a healthy connection status, contact Support and tell us the bank and roughly when the missing operation happened.
